I help people in the tech world work together more effectively. Unlike other coaches and facilitators, I have been where you are, and I feel your frustration. I have been a mediator for six years, and have 15 years of experience in the tech industry as a project manager, programmer, interface designer, client, and consultant.

Offerings

Workshops
One-day workshop on increasing productivity and reducing conflict. Five to 15 people. $1,375

Management Coaching
On-going coaching on understanding conflict and resolving it. Two, 45-minute calls per month, plus e-mail instruction twice a month. Four months minimum. $375 per month.

Mediation
Initial phone conversations, three-hour mediation session, three-hour "tune-up" session four weeks later, follow-up calls at one month and three months. Two parties of one or two people each. $1,425
