Offerings
Company Assessment
An assessment of the culture at your company regarding difficult situations and conflict resolution in the workplace. One
or two days on site doing interviews with five employees in top management, 15 employees in middle management or on
teams. Written report. $5,000.
Management Coaching
On-going coaching on understanding conflict and resolving it. Two, 45-minute calls per month, plus e-mail instruction
twice a month. Four months minimum. $450 per month.
